Monday

Had fire. Nice morning but wind cold. Think I must have had a touch of flu. Cold blisters all over my nose and lip and on tongue this morning. Feeling very limp. Did house-work early, had lunch and got to allotment at 1230. Found that Mr Freeman had been there on Saturday doing some clearing up, moved the stones and burnt his rubbish. Got to work bastard-trenching, joined by Don at 2pm, lovely day. Got a bit done and some big stones out.
